What are the best running shoes?

I want shoes that are really light, quick and comfortable. I am going to use them for track %26amp; field races, somewhere around 100m-400m. Any suggestions?

If you are going to use them for the actual race than you want spikes. You can probably find them at a Modells or Sports Authority. I get mine from a running store that is close by. They will be able to help you at the store.

they are great shoes. just anything comfortable and fresh ^^
Reply:The girls on my team that run the 400 love the brooks twitch s spikes. You could probably get them at any nearby running store.
Reply:The best track %26amp; field shoes are spikes. If you do 100-400, then you should get the sprinting spikes 'cause theres a sprint spike and long distance spike
