I am mixed with short hair im going for the emo/scene fashion i need some tips on how to do so?

Im a mixed race with short brownish black hair and i do go for the emo/scene fashion i listen to rock example i listen to Angels and Airwaves , Boys like girls , Hawthorne Heights, Trapt , System of a down, and some others. the main problem is hair is there any possible way to make my hair grow more and faster (stupid question but eh ) also i need peoples who answer this to gemme clothes suggestion from any store mainly hottopic anything worksand send me the links i need pants shirts shoes and jackets :D heres some recent pictures of me.
