Running help!!!?

hi this is my first question so anyway...





ineed help im doing a running course on thursday and its a straight row dunno how many meters .





how can i come first is there anything i need running shoes, yoga anything!!!!!





oh and finaly does drinking a energy drink help b4 a race and do runng shoes help

running shoes are a must. the lighter the better


energy drinks are 100% crap. they do more harm than good. Go for Powerbar Gels. eat them 30 minutes before you run.

Nope, yoga is not going to help you by Thursday. But, I would recommend comfortable running shoes so you don't get injured. They probably won't help you run much faster than other kinds of fitness shoes, though.





For me, red bull once in a while before working out can help me go faster in a shorter run. But, it is more the stimulants and sugar just doing their thing. If you ever really want to train or are going to run a long distance, the gel is probably better.
