HELP! Buying running spikes for High School 1600meter races. Thanks!! :)?

Hi, I'm a highschool student and I'm planning on buying running spike shoes for the first time. My main event is the 1600 meter (1 mile) and I need all the help and suggestions I can get for spikes. I know basically nothing as of now. Our meets are both indoors and outdoors, but most are indoors. All are on a track. I hope that helps. Thank you for helping me out!!

If I were you I would get the Nike Zoom Milers. I run the 600m with them but they are designed for the 1 mile. They are very comfortable and very light.

Reply:If its a track your running on I would suggest a pair of blue adistar middle distance spikes. Their lightweight and they look great!
Reply:well, asics shoes are like the best. i use asics cross country shoes(really fast times) and for indoor track, i had a 1000m race today and i used racing flats and came in second in my heat and 12th overall
