What's so hard about understanding a person that is a different race?

Like the "N" word

If I am not black, and you are not black,

should we worry about it - NO

The reason black people can call each other the "N" word,

and it's okay, is because it's the one common bond they

share, that "brotherhood", and nobody else can say it,

because you have to walk in a black mans shoes, or be black, to really understand what it is to BE black.

the only way to FULLY

understand a situation is if it DIRECTLY effects you.

Is the fact that two black men are black directly effecting you

NO

Unless, they are grabbing your purse, or beating your mom up, in which case, you can call them whatever words surface

I suppose

It does not effect me to hear someone say what up "N"

because I know it is just a bonding/on my same level

greeting two black people have between one another,

and, in a black mans eyes, how dare a white person even go there?

They are basically just recognizing, between one another =

you know what it is to be black,

WHAT IT IS BRO

What's so hard about understanding a person that is a different race?
quite simply fear
Reply:I don't think anyone should use that word there are other ways of bonding and the fact that someone created "ebonics" should raise some awareness. Maybe if we all behaved equally we would be treated differently.
Reply:fear
Reply:The answer to your question is nothing.

It's not hard to understand another race, simply because Race doesn't come into it.

They're people, just like everyone else.

"Unless, they are grabbing your purse, or beating your mom up, in which case, you can call them whatever words surface

I suppose"

That's a great opinion you have there. Pfffft!
Reply:Your question and your answer I am sorry makes no common sense. It sounds very ignorant and like the other person said "unless they are grabbing your purse or beating your Mom????" what in the name of God is that. You think you are being clever and trying to add your own racist twist. Sorry but that is rude and no one should say that N word. Its simply plain ignorant period. I am not black and I DO WORRY ABOUT THE N WORD. because thinking or using that word is all of our problem. Racism is the countries downfall. If you really want to be a Bro stop being ignorant.
Reply:OK, now here's the person I don't understand (not that it ever bothered me or my wife, we just didn't "get it").

My wife used to work with a woman who always greeted her with a "What's up, N----?"

The other woman was, of course, black.

My wife is white and could never be mistaken for a black person, even with a great tan.

Oh well, just kinda funny.

I don't understand how a white person should EVER let the N-word affect them. I can imagine how some might think (mistakenly) that it's their "duty" to rectify hundreds of years of slavery and "show them brothers the error of their ways" (eyes rolling). That still shows a superiority complex, in my opinion, trying to "teach" someone who doesn't give a monkey's junk (thanks for that phrase, by the way).

Have a great day!
